Phone Fuel provides portable power banks through automated charging stations located at participating partner venues. Users may rent a power bank from a Phone Fuel station and return it to any compatible Phone Fuel station, subject to availability. All rental conditions, pricing, applicable fees, and time limits will be clearly displayed to the user prior to confirming the rental.

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to any individual who does not meet these requirements.

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account via the Phone Fuel mobile app or website.

Users agree to:

• keep login details secure

• accept responsibility for all activity under their account

• provide accurate personal and payment information

Phone Fuel is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

By renting a power bank or using a charging station, users agree to:

• return equipment within the rental timeframe

• avoid misuse, modification, or damage

• use equipment only for intended charging purposes

• follow on-screen and in-app instructions

Failure to return a device may result in replacement charges.

Rental fees, late charges, and replacement costs are clearly displayed within the app, website, or station interface.

Users authorize Phone Fuel and its payment partners to charge:

• rental fees

• late return fees

• damage or loss charges

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

Users are responsible for the device from the moment of rental until its return.

Users agree not to:

• disassemble or tamper with equipment

• expose devices to liquids, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions

• use non-approved cables or accessories

Damage, loss, or theft may result in full replacement costs.

Power banks must be returned in good working condition within the applicable rental period. If a power bank is not returned within the maximum rental period, it may be deemed lost and a replacement fee may be charged. You assume full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to the power bank occurring during the rental period.

Phone Fuel equipment complies with applicable EU and international safety and transport standards. Devices are tested and maintained regularly.
Users must operate equipment according to instructions and accept responsibility for improper handling or misuse.

All branding, software, designs, content, mobile application features, and charging station technology remain the exclusive property of Phone Fuel. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, or otherwise use any part of the service, platform, or equipment without prior written authorization from Phone Fuel.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You must not misuse the equipment, use the service for illegal purpose, interfere with station operations or attempt to alter, repair, disassemble, or tamper with any power bank or station, or use the Service in a manner that may cause damage to property, disrupt operations, or harm third parties.
 

Phone Fuel reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Service availability may be affected by:

• maintenance

• technical failures

• connectivity issues

• venue restrictions

• power outages

• external events or force majeure

Phone Fuel does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phone Fuel shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages

• data loss

• device incompatibility

• charging interruptions

• personal device damage

• lost profits or business interruption

Use of the service is at the user’s own risk.

While Phone Fuel maintains equipment to high safety standards, users acknowledge that technical issues may occur. Phone Fuel is not responsible for damage to personal devices caused by misuse, incompatible cables, or external factors beyond its control.

Phone Fuel may use third-party providers for:

• payment processing

• software infrastructure

• venue partnerships

Phone Fuel is not responsible for the performance, security, or availability of third-party services.

Phone Fuel stations are hosted at third-party partner venues for user convenience. Phone Fuel does not control, manage, or assume responsibility for the operations, safety, or accessibility of partner venues. Venue staff are not authorised to manage rentals, handle payments, or provide technical support on behalf of Phone Fuel.
 

B2B contracts may include additional service agreements.

Phone Fuel may suspend or terminate service access if:

• terms are violated

• fraudulent activity is detected

• payment obligations are not met

• misuse occurs

Users remain responsible for outstanding charges after termination.

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Phone Fuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Our total liability in connection with the Service shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific rental giving rise to the claim

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and Andorra Qualified Law on Personal Data Protection (LQPD).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, where misuse, breach of these Terms, or suspected fraudulent activity occurs.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Service is used. Where applicable, consumers may benefit from mandatory local consumer protection laws.

Any disputes should first be addressed through customer support.

If unresolved, disputes will be handled under the applicable laws of Portugal, Spain, or Andorra depending on the location of service use.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws within the jurisdiction where the service is provided, including Portugal, Spain, and Andorra.

Phone Fuel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
